Booking Terms and Conditions

• Check in starts at 14:00. We emphasize this detail because it often happens - due to the particulars of some ferry arrivals at dawn - that our guests think that the room will be available or ready for check in at dawn.
• Guests who wish to an early check in (at dawn), should inform us in advance and bear in mind that they will be charged an extra night.
• The reservation is considered valid only -within 2 days- with an advance deposit to a bank account. The deposit is 100% fully returned only when the cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to the reserved arrival date.
• The accommodation bears absolutely no responsibility for any change, cancellation (prohibition of sailing due to weather or other reasons), strike or delay in ship/airplane routes.
• Minimum Stay Period: During the high season - July and August - a "Minimum Stay Period" policy applies, which cannot be less than seven (7) nights.
